A Hole Paving
Asphalt pavements, like everything, have a life cycle. They start out new, they age, and eventually they decline. They will need maintenance over time and will eventually need to be replaced.
There is no concrete formula in how long pavement is going to stay in excellent condition. It comes down to many factors including the freeze-thaw cycles each year, weather patterns, drainage conditions, and also the soil condition underneath your asphalt.
In general, an early and systematic maintenance and rehabilitation plan is the most cost effective and results in the greatest extension of useful pavement life.
